Returns and shipping
You may return any products (excluding "Outlet" products) you have ordered from www.carldagg.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery, free of charge. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that free returns are not applicable for "Outlet" products and/or for products on sale.
To return your product from outside of Sweden, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further information on what shipping services to use. The umbrella should then be mailed to:

Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods and using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Carl Dagg shall not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent to you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a thorough description of the defection(s). After approval on our behalf, you will receive further information on where to send the item.
All umbrellas come with a 1 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair it or the umbrella will be replaced by a new one free of charge (depending on the defect(s)).
